well when you get back to training work on some things you think you did wrong, and when you fight the next time you will be prepared for your next opponent or you may face the same foe again, remember in amateurs it is only 3 rounds so there is not a lot of time to make of for any errors that are made,a good game plan is needed and if followed through will enable you for good results

Lots of people lose because they get tired, especially in their first fight. Doesn't mean they're out of shape and didn't train hard. I'm sure you can do lots of hard training in the gym where you are nice and comfortable and relaxed. But when you have an actual fight you have to deal with adrenaline, nerves, pressure etc. It burns you out.

Also, alot of times in peoples first fight they just immediately throw out all the technique they have spent the last several months learning and go crazy and just start brawling. Don't do that. Try and be as relaxed as possible, make a gameplan for yourself before the fight and stick to it.

First few fights, doesn't matter if you win or lose them really, as long as you are listening to your coach and improving. Just keep working, work on your fitness, technique, spar, and just keep fighting. Train hard and get motivated, and you will see results, been said a million times I know, but it's true.

I lost my first fight myself. Stopped in the second round due to the point disparity. I was thrown in too early and had a truly awful coach, but still, everything is in the past, all you can do after a loss or setback is just shake it off and do whatever you need to do well. In my case it was changing trainers.
