Also, I sprained my wrist awhile ago and after i work for awhile it'll start bugging me.

I've been stretching it out and its been feeling a little better but it seems to be taking a long time to get well. Should I use some weight with it??

Rockin...You said to where heavy clothing when working out....will that only cut water weight through sweating or will that aid in fat burning?

It seems to me that it would. My only theory being all of the fat people that I see sitting in saunas. A skinny person does not need to burn fat so they arent in there. I know that this is only a far fetched hypotosis, but it is just that.....Rockin'

I'm new to this site but a long time friend of FXXI and its true he's startin' to get freakin ripped.

I mean his fists are like bricks anyway so I think I'll start training as hard as he does.

my first fight is in a week and its against a guy who has a good twenty or thirty pounds on me.

                  any advice

                      Just a quick update

I've kept a pretty good diet lately and I have been working out everyday(not too intensely) and I run 4 miles everyday

I've lost about 8.5 pounds in fat not water weight and I feel faster and i can see a difference

                      thanks for all the help.
