            You need to realize the seat suit is not for every day use. It is dangerous if used this way. You over heat and you lose way too much water.

            I would suggest not using it every day and if you do use it, do not keep it on for more than 20 minutes...tops.

                hey man. be damn carefull with suits like that. i dont think i would even recommend one.

                btw, are u fighting in the AMs right now or soon? if not, u definitely need not go to extremes if u practice just for physical fitness and self defence.
