i recently just started wearing my sweat suit and ive been drenched and drinking tons of water but today the entire back of my neck cramped up to the top of my brain. i had to roll my haed it was like a charlie horse in my neck i thought i was having a stroke. i also noticed over the weekend my side started cramping what could this be coming from i have and idea. i laughed and my entire neck froze up on both sides and contniued for like 20 minutes. please help

You need to take salt tablets, your body is losing too much salt which can cause severe muscle cramping. Hydration should begin before you work out and during your work out. Drink once you've sweated out a lot can also tax your muscle, they are not receiving water fast enough. Drink before, and during the work out cycle.

as soon as i drunk a sports drink the **** stopped. i knew then and their it was a high probability it was all salt. not to mention i didnt start cramping until this weeked when i started eating nothing but slads and greens nothing else

go out and buy yourself something meant to be taken after severe diarrhea to rehydrate you. take it right after you work out.
