Expert Help Please!! Fast Weight Loss/Body Fat %

    Hi Boxing Fans.
I would really like some useful weight loss tips to lower my body fat percentage as fast as possible. I want to have a lean well toned body similar to a say marquez/Vasquez/pacquiao, toned but not too big or muscley. I box well not competition though and am quite a good athlete. I played soccer for a professional academy throughout my teens and have always had a low body fat%(10-15). After feeling generally unwell for a while i lost a lot of weight. Im 5ft 8in and dropped to 49Kg at one point. Im a vegeterian and have always weighed between 50-60kg naturally. What ever i ate i could never put on weight, so i decided to stop exercising for two years in order to big 'bigger'. I think i want from one extreme to the other and i went upto 80Kg, i thought it wouldnt be a problem to shed the extra weight/fat but i think my metabolism slowed right down. Im now 23 and 74Kg and have been exercising for about 10weeks. I rally want to be around 65Kg and have that lean toned look so the weight is not my biggest concern but i still have a little extra fat on my torso i need to get rip of asap.
Please help if you have some useful tips, it will be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance

I already know the basics about sport and fitness so im really looking for some expert knowledge that could be of use to drop my body fat % as fast as possible.

Maybe someone can recommend a training/Diet routine. My diet is ok, not really a programme but i try to eat healthy. I try to exercise 5 days a week and generally have about an hour. I will stretch, warm up with say 5 minutes skipping, 5 minutes on the speed ball, do about 5 rounds on the floor to ceiling ball, then run 20 minutes. I know i should maybe do weights more often, i might just do some dumbells every few days. Many thanks again(sorry for the long thread)

        HIIT 3 times a week.

        And clean up your diet.

You'll need a decent muscle amount though, cause when you got for 'toning up' (bull**** term anyway) you'll look skinny and ill if you don't.

You need a good diet. A working diet is:
8:00 2slices of bread withouth butter. put some chicken, salmon, things withouth fat.
          10.00 same
          12: same
          14: same with some fruit
          16: same
          18.00: your daily warm food
21.30; your bread. with some fruit

you only drink water and don't eat candy. If you are getting hungry between the 2hours of eating. Then you have to eat more bread. This is not crucial for your diet if you are not putting fat things on your bread.
Hope i helped you a bit.

Start doing pull ups. not chin ups but pull ups. it will increase your muscle while maintaining that boxer look.

Hit 3 times a week is also a good idea not in a row one of the benifits of hit is it will help you burn fat up till the day after you do it so you have a chance to recover but your still burning fat and it wont burn you out after like 3 or 6 months worth.

diet its ok id watch stuff and get to know calories check out the nutrition facts i mean there are things you want and dont want. look to see if their are vitamins in it. the more you check stuff out the more you have an idea of what your eating when you dont really have access to that stuff and you will tend to make wiser decisions.
