    More Red Blood Cells means more Oxygen, more oxygen means better endurance.

    However it's very dangerous. You're blood could easily become thick and clot, and you could die.

    An alternative would be sleeping in a High Elevation Tent or training with a Hypoxic System.

      I heard running is the best but jumping ropes are supposed to be really good aswell. Try them both?

        Swimming!! I once was part of a swim club in high school. My long distance running times vastly improved when I started swimming.
