  • jim jeffries training routine for fitzsimmons

    i picked this info up from the internet
    he ran 14 miles in the morning alternating between jogging and a 100 yard sprint without stopping to rest (this took about 2 hours)
    in the afternoon he played 3 games of hand ball
    he hit the heavy bag for 20-25 minutes
    skipped rope 1,500 to 2,500 times he boxed 12 to 16 rounds
    after this he would throw an 18 pound med ball around.

    i remember reading about him running 14 miles every day skipping 2 hours running 100m in under 10 secs being able to jump over 6 fet- he was a genetic freek apparently and only ever lose once from weight drain-loosing over 100 pounds and after a 6 year retirement

      I believe that was also the only time he was ever knocked down.

            woa..this can't be true..

            he runs more than the average long distance runner I bet
