Pretty good. I'd just say keep your hands up (mainly the left when throwing the right).

He needs to get rid of that bag for starters. It is giving him bad habits like throwing with his hands low and not tucking his chin when he throws with the left.
I spar a guy regularly at the gym with the same height as this guy. He throws like him too. A good left hook or right uppercut is usually the slayer because he gets comfortably with his reach.
Tuck your chin and throw more from your lats not your hips

You dont have NOTHING on that right hand you gotta try to turn on your right hand with pivoting your foot .... I can tell your just a beginner so stop trying to look pretty on the bag , cuz you dont, and practice the basics like keeping your hands up and bringin ya jab back to your face and throw punches from your face before you develop some horrendous habits.. whatchu weigh?

Look at all the ******* in here trying to out ethug each other.

Give the guys some constructive criticism or GTFO, if you're not prepaired to either post a video or give some advice then you shouldn't even be looking in these forums.

I bet half of you bitches have never even laced up a pair let alone had a competative fight.

Ylem, you've improved a bit. Perhaps a heavier bag would suit you properly. I imagine it must be a pain-in-the ass when the bag keeps on moving wildly like that. Also, keep your hands up.

                Ok Ylem, here's the deal.

Plain and simple, forget about hooks and uppercuts.

Begin with the basics, jabs and right crosses only, or vise versa if you prefer south paw style.

Your bag isn't the main problem that people here keep stating, it's your form.

Just work on jabs and crosses.

You don't have to exert yourself either, do them slow and make sure your form is perfect with your jab and cross, THEN you can speed up and add power to the punch.

So that would consist of you doing about 40 or so jabs in a row and making sure each one is good form, then switch to throwing crosses with the same concept.

After that has been done, try going for a combo of a jab followed by a right cross with the same concept as the first.

                Hope that helps.

Ylem remember to be more fluid with your hips and thighs. Punching power comes from your core as much as your upper body and your rigid ness is sapping the strength from your punches. Keep Up The Hard Work
