    i saw someone bring up the subject of testosterone boosters and that made me wonder.....what are the best supplements out there that increase muscle mass fastest

    I dont know the latest stuff but I once used V12 and gained 15kg in 2 weeks.I would do 5 miles every morning then go to the gym and work like a horse.I would have problems at my doctor trying to get my blood pressure measured,that thing couldnt go round my bicep

    The problem is I cant lose any of that weight,it's part of me now.

        Food, forget about all other supplements. A lot of food is what you need first.

            The problem with trainees here is that they are too young and they are already looking for physiques like their favorite athletes. If you are 16-17 you are not gonna get a physique of Roy Jones at 33. A lot of time, effort and food is gonna get you there, magic pill --- not so much.

              If you are doing it naturally there is no supplement to increase muscle mass fast. I would make the exception of creatine but the gains wear off after initial use.

              Thing is you cannot force you muscles to grow faster by over-eating or using a supplement. You need adequate rest, adequate weight exercise and adequate nutrition with a calorie surplus, if you got that right then you can gain a maximum 0.25 and 0.5 pounds of muscle tissue per week, although glycogen and water storage will increase the weight gain also. You cannot gain more than that without steroids.

              Of course there are exceptions with beginners to weight training. But "15 kgs in two weeks" will mostly be fat, glycogen and water weight.

                I'd hate to say it, but aside from eating tons, creatine and lots of water helps for bulking up.

                Creatine allows you to do more and generally gets you to rip your muscle to its maximum capability.

                I'm gonna say though, that suppliments are almost always a rip off.

                No. xplode is the biggest rip off since KFC popcorn chicken. BSN or w/e it is knows kids will buy it because they are ****** though (I was ******).
