    Hey thanks yet again fellas.

Nah, I don't take pictures. Im gonna be honest but im pretty big, I don't like looking at myself like that. Hahaha

I eat about 1,000 calories a day. I eat right after I get back from running in the morning. About 300 calories, then after I get back from the gym I eat about 800 calories, give or take a few...

Yea, if I eat too little I get hunger headaches... I try to avoid'em... but sometimes I can't. If I really tried to I could cut down to 800 calories... but im pretty big... I wouldn't wanna do that to my body right off the bat.

u should eat 1800 - 2000 calories a day that way in the long run ull lose the weight faster, healthier, and u wont gain it back as easliy also if u only eat 1000 calories a day ull lose ur mind and start binge eating. make sure u burn more calories than u eat. good luck buddy!

You should, it'll really motivate you.

Then you can look back and think wow, that's what I used to look like.

your bmr means you should be eating upwards of 3000 cal a day
if you want to lose weight you should cut that by MAXIMUM 500 a day
any more than that and you'll do more damage than good long term
you may lose weight at first but you're going to yo-yo

it's called baby steps my friend
          others call it "lifestyle change"
it's how you look at what you eat

if you throw yourself into a temporary diet of small amounts, you may lose weight but that weight loss will be temporary

when you yo-yo, you'll come back up higher than what you were before

what you need to do is figure out what you want to eat, what you'd enjoy eating on a day to day basis, and then figure out how to make that healthier, little by little, so you still enjoy it but don't do the damage you were doing before.

          for example, you like pizza?
eat 2 to 3 slices instead of a whole large pie, go for thin crust instead of thick crust, veggie lover's instead of meat lover's.

          you like chocolate?
limit yourself to 200 calories of chocolate instead of pigging out on tons of candy.

          you like fried food?
eat it once in a while, but augment it with as many veggies as possible to help reduce portion sizes and gradually swap it out for more healthy, grilled options.

certain guidelines will almost clean up your diet automatically:
make sure you eat fruits & veggies
make sure you get your daily fiber requirements
drink water and tea instead of sodas and other sugary drinks

Also, Demise is right, you don't lose weight on a daily basis.
2 weeks is good, i've noticed that in myself as a good timeframe.
i'll plateau for a couple weeks no matter what i do, and then *boom* I'll lose like 5 pounds.

slow and steady wins the race, trust me on this.

gyms i used to go to they would make the big guys work harder than the little guys, a lot of us were dealing with burnout way worse than the little guys, so we had to go our own pace just to make it through.

seems like it's always little guys that figure big guys just need to work out harder and diet harder.

they don't realize that some folks just pack on weight easier than they do; that naturally big guys don't have to be pigging out on massive amounts of fast food to have their weight climb.

they don't realize that a big guy's going to be working harder in the first place just to do the same thing coz they're dealing with more weight.

they don't realize that a big guy's going to be hurting more from dieting because their calorie requirements are much higher.

hate to say it, but listening to little guys like that who don't take into account the issues you're facing is a sure path to failure.

          think long term
the easier it is the longer you'll stick with it
the longer you take to lose weight, the more permanent the weight loss becomes

the pace you're on seems to be a bit too aggressive
1000 calories a day is too little unless you're like a 100lb woman.
don't burn yourself out or you'll just be worse off than you were in the first place.
