How do I make my abs bigger and tense?

    Hi, guys.

I do have a six pack, however my sick pack is small. How do I make them bigger??

Also to show my six pack I must tense. What exercises should I do to make them tense without me trying

Do more repetitions of ab exercises that you already do.

Part of the thing with abs, though, is genetics. My abs are big like the guys in 300, but they don't really have the line down the middle to separate each ab completely.

Ya it's genetic. Look at Chris Rock. I don't think he ever works out but he has a six pack. WTF?

Chris Rock also looks like a 90 pound crackhead. I guess not having abs isn't so bad.

Ok, maybe I exaggerated about 130... He is mad skinny, and I don't think he is tall.

I added to most size to my abs doing weighted abdominal exercises and things like Hanging Knee Raises, Weighted Abdominal Machine, Decline Sit Ups with Plates.

You can have a six pack and not work out. Everyone has a beautiful set of abs. It's just a matter of getting them to show through diet, which in Chris Rock's case he probably eats nothing and that'll pretty much do it.

              Gamboa has some good abs

IMO the thinner abs aren't very Ideal for boxing

Usually the flat washboard abs are ones you see on most athletes/boxers/fighters but it's more or less the function and the strength of your core than the look. You could have bulky abdominals and still have a strong core.

****, you could have ZERO visible abs and still have a stronger core than someone with visible abs

I meant the narrow abs, wouldn't wider abs cover more of the core? some peeps have really narrow abs and more rib exposed. I'm not a conditioning master I was just assuming.

                    True.

Wider abs in that case "would" be better, but that would also all depend on the strenght of the abs in question.

If the dude has like super wide abs, they might not be strong enough to withstand hits, but if the fighter has somewhat small abs and can take gut shots, then by all means small abs ftw.
