LOL, I had to read it over again, and yeah, you're right—it looks a bit bot-like, but it's not untrue. It just misses the part about proper downtiming. You need rest and recovery, sports massages, good nutrition, and not overexerting, etc.

Nah, I used to just do it as a teen because I love DBZ and fighting people for fun.

Bro really said, “DBZ and hands were my hobbies.” Imagine pulling up to a fight like, “This one’s for Goku!” ✨ Teen energy hits different, huh? Nothing like throwing punches for fun and pretending you’re in the Cell Games. Iconic. Let me know if you still channel that Saiyan spirit!

Boxing definitely helps with mental health. I got into it a while back, not for competition but just as an outlet. Hitting the bag after a stressful day clears my head like nothing else. There’s something about the focus and discipline it requires that really helps with anxiety. Plus, the sense of progress, getting stronger, faster, more controlled. is a big self-esteem boost.

Boxing helps me feel mentally strong—less anxious, more focused, and even connected with others through the shared energy in the gym. That’s why I appreciate trusted sites like Canadian Pharmacy Partner for supporting overall wellness—mental clarity often starts with taking care of both mind and body together.
