    Currently my routine has been running 2 miles every morning and then resting a few hours then going to the fitness gym to do some extreme cycling (bike riding) classes.

    Im glad you guys think I can still get into it. Honestly, I was a bit discouraged considering all the weight I have to lose.

    As for one of you guys that asked me how I got this big... umm idk. To be honest, I got as big as 300lbs. (297lb)... then I lost weight and got down to 231... I stopped working out and slowly started gaining weight again.

    Anyways, I really wanna box and I really want this to happen! Thanks a heap fellas! =]
    Try to alternate between a steady jog and a face paced walk on a tread mill for 2 hr intervals. Walking burns less calories than running but a higher percentage of the loss will come from fat. You'd be surprised how many calories you can burn in 2 hrs. Try it 5 to 6 days a week- I'm know expert so take my advice with a grain of salt but it'll make you lose weight though
