eighter way anyone who is serious about boxing doesnt drink. nightclubs are fine, once a week. fridays are gym days, after which u need your sleep. saturdays u can go out incase your gym is closed, but u wont be 100% on monday even if u rest sunday.
not putting trash in your system and getting proper rest is vital incase you are a serious athlete.
