    glove wraps

anyone ever use this? Im thinkin about it. Im tired of wrapping my hands everyday, and my hands are starting to hurt. I hit the heavy bag alot and this looks to be good just for that. Itll save alot of time too.

wondering about these too. It looks like it there's gel padding right over the knuckles. Itd probably feel alot better than normal wraps.

i've never tried the ringside's version, but the everlasts won't last you 15 days of use

they are just gel, not a wrap WITH gel. i suppose that's why they don't last... the gel isn't protected by anything and it just breaks up when you hit

no i do not use those type of gloves, they look like what a fisherman uses to haul in a huge bass,as for the wraps i do not see any evidence of gel being on or near the knuckles

I own a pair of the Ringside ones, and yes they have gel in the red portion of the "glove". They work very well to provide extra padding around your knuckles, while still having a regular hand wrap attatched to it. I've used these for a while, even washed them a few times(Just don't dry them). I will need a new pair soon, and I would buy them if they were double the price. You can wrap your wrist and thumb much better then regular wraps, because you do not have to worry about stacking a ton of wrap on your knuckles. Only time I will not use these is during a fight.

Don't get the everlast ones. They are not very protective. If you pound the heavy bag for more than a round you definetly feel it. I hear they are not that durable either. I wouldn't know since after trying them only one workout, I have only used them to hit the speed bag Only.

The Everlast ones have good padding for the knuckles, but since they are just a little glove and don't have a regular handwrap attached, they offer no support for your hand or wrist. I wore them to hit the heavy bag a few times (with a 14oz bag glove on top) and my entire hand ached after. I just cut the knuckle part out and put that on my hand and then use a 180" wrap on top.

The ringside ones look good though they have the gel for knuckles and the wrap for additional support.

I have another pair of ringside ones and they look like a regular handwrap except the first couple feet is a thicker gel material. They are good too.

I had the everlast ones they're convienent when you're feeling a little lazy and don't want to wrap your hands up but other than that they aren't very durable and the protection they offer is pretty mediocre.

were you hitting the bag with proper technique?re:you say your hand ached, you must of been hitting the bag wrong, were you hitting the bag with a slap lick way in an uncoordinated manner, swinging wild haymakers?if so you do not need new gloves you need a trainer to show you the basics
