There’s the magic bullet . The problem is actually staying somewhat true to it it could be a real pain but this Anobolic diet works . This is way bc the trendy diets and stuff like Adkins were around ,those are more gimmicky this is from a guy who really knew what he was talking about those other diets took a lot from his .

Wow, just read a bit...Going to look at this carefully. A lot of people get credit for things others truly developed and from looking at how this guy understands Anabolic to steroids, it shows the depth of his knowledge. There have always been contrarians in the gym... And if one was willing to listen, you could learn a lot. As a kid working as a trainer and martial arts teacher I met this guy who explained to me how nautilus works... You remember Nautilus machines? Because of this guy I learned so much about properly training people. He taught me about muscle failure, using both parts of the exercise (for circuit trianing), how to work out using intensity and form as proper tools to progress.

This link kind of reminds me of my friend, though the topic is different.

I was one who got my old dojo to put a nautilus in it I was only 18 and was the only one able to rack it ……they did it bc I was beating everyone at sparring and was the only one outlasting them in bare knuckle..knuckle push ups on gravel…..need.es to say my time there wasn’t long …but there’s more to that story I’ll pm you at some point….lol . I was just coming off of chemotherapy for a skin problem to so that’s why I joined it was literally just a mile from my house …but yea I used to. HaVe the book so there’s much more involved,I gave it away not long ago to a young weight lifter doing demolish in our basement early 20”s ….

Yeah PM me... nautilus was great, but the concepts that it was grounded in were pure genius. I honestly believe that Arthur Jones and Darcey who made Nautilus, changed football to what it is today. I remember pre nautilus football teams spent most of practice conditioning, hence the plays were simple, the players all had different will power... Suddenly with Nautilus you could have the team do an exhausting work out, 8 reps per a machine, to muscle failure (objective, not individual) and this took 1/4 of practice. Not that long after? we have the West Coast Offense, and players who were physical specimens. But it also relates to the relationship of nutrition, anabolics and steroids... like the source you recommended. I knew a friend of Conte (Victor Conte) and the truth was: Steroids were a small part of what made Bonds and other athletes excel... it was anabolics, micronutrients. Conte designed a machine that could do very sensative tests on micronutrients... this was a big part of the program.

              Good stuff!

I've dabbled with the carnivore diet for a while. At first, I appreciated the simplicity and did notice an initial burst of energy. However, over time, I missed the variety and realized I wasn't getting all the nutrients I needed. While some folks might swear by it, my body seems to prefer a more balanced approach.

I've since transitioned to a mix of whole foods and supplementation. One of the supplements I've integrated into my routine is Herbalife. Personally, their protein shakes and multivitamins have given me the balance my body craves. When I added them to my diet, I noticed an improvement in energy and overall well-being. Even if their products are pretty expensive, I have a 40% discount as I became a member. There is this Herbalife membership guide explaining all the steps to get their discounts.
