  • Heart question

You see, my friend, these aren't your average **** videos where everything is scripted and fake. No, these are real women, with real bodies and real desires, putting on a show just for you. There's something incredibly intimate about watching a girl pleasure herself right in front of your eyes. It's like she's performing just for you, and you alone. And let me tell you, there's no shortage of performers on these sites. You name it, they have it. From curvy MILFs to naughty college girls, from petite Asians to busty blondes, these live cam sites have a variety of performers that cater to every taste and preference.

Dude, your doctor told you that it was o.k. So what seems to be the trouble here?

Maybe it isn't a question of the heart, maybe it's a pebbles kinda question here.

Your doctor said that it was ok to box, I would have been there that night getting started up.

    A question of stones?

Get in there and continue learning how to box.

It could be one of your greatest adventures...............Rockin'

I can still work out pretty good.

should I attempt to get back in the gym?
If your doctor gave you the green light, I would get back in there.

Wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion as well

For a better answer go and ask the doctor. Having a workout in the gym is another thing but you want to do boxing which is quite risky. I know it hurts but the doctor’s advice is much more authentic.

I pinged google with "punch to chest arrhythmia" and got

"What Is Commotio Cordis? Commotio cordis occurs when a person is hit in the chest and that impact triggers a dramatic change in the rhythm of their heart. The blow could come from an object, such as a baseball or hockey puck, and may not seem especially serious in the moment. However, commotio cordis is often fatal."

I don't know if someone who already has an arrhythmia is more susceptible or not but it's certainly something to consider.

Last November, I woke up and almost fell due to dizziness, (caught myself on my dresser). To make a very long and complicated story as short as possible, I found out I had a heart arrhythmia.

I just found out a few days ago that the covid vaccine as well as covid causes myocarditis, which then can cause heart arrhythmias, which have all the symptoms of what they call "long covid" (which is what I thought I was dealing with). I was referred to an Electrocardiologist by my Cardiologist, who thinks it was caused by Myocarditis. Now I'm fine, normal heart rate and back in my stride. BTW...just so you know, heart arrhythmias are a specialty of Electrocardiologists, and my Cardiologist took his time about admitting that until he finally referred me to one, because it was beyond his expertise. By the time I got to see my Electrocardiologist (last week), I was already recovered. I'm still glad I got to see him though because he was the only one who could give me the answers I needed. You might request a referral to one to really get proper attention.

If all is well...no symptoms, sure, go on training as normal. I do, and I'm much older than you.

If a Cardiologist said you don't require treatment, then you probably only have a lower number of missed beats, below the threshold and considered benign. I was told by my Electrocardiologist last week that usually heart arrhythmias go away on their own.

Did you have a Holter monitor test?
