I don't want my children to have to grow up without a father, so I am motivated to make changes in my life so that I can be here for them.

by the way i really like your quote in your signiture. i fully agree with that sentiment. i think one has to be brave to admit faults and humble to help others in life.

I am finding it hard to lose weight. It is sugar for me not too much food. I love red bull and coke and love cookies ad cakes too much. But my blood pressure is too high and i can get winded easily. I am making permanent changes to my diet thst i can sustain so i dont just revert back to too much soda and cakes. Sugar is like a drug as i wake up really craving a sugary coffee like feel low until i have some sugar. But i need to lose weight as i could have a stroke if im not careful.
Nathan, congratulations on educating yourself about nutrition, which you are learning has many levels and is an endless, pleasant journey. Our bodies are wonderfully designed. Learn to view food in its power to push you or bring you down; it has drug-like effects on your body despite its classification as "sustenance/fuel". Very true about coffee, very true about sugar. Insulin is a powerful thing as its release is triggered by certain foods and the effect it has in both the short and long term. Perhaps look into insulin management. Another strategy that I've come to greatly value is intermittent fasting. Its something we all sort of do by default, as children, however fuel timing is almost as important, I've learned, as the nutrition itself, especially as we age. Its a thrust that you knind of have to develop a stamina for; a discipline that when applied, can work wonders in the short term. Check out Thomas DeLauer on YouTube. He's a wizard when it comes to intermittent fasting, correcting insulin problems and nutrition strategies when you break-fast (during intermittent fasting) to get the most fat-loss and energy benefits.

yes i forgot to write that. I do fast most days just eat one meal a day. I learned about intermittent fasting about 8 months ago too. It can increase hgh massively. I must say I feel so much better day by day. I am watching him now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiGg4Fk1PGY thanks for showing me this guy. I think as a kid if we didn't have a book we had no way of learning this stuff but now with the internet we have no excuses to live a healthy life. This guy is great thanks!

Gotta do what makes you happy. When the Great Nash feels 99% instead of 100%, he opens up JustEat, orders Kebab meat (large) chilli sauce, and chips, along with 4 cans, waits for his order, puts on Netflix, eats, drinks, and remembers, that he is The Great Nash. Nash out

Nash genuinely gets donor kebab, it refills Nash's inner grease cells. Sometimes Nash will get the mixed kebab though, so bit of everything, Always goes down nice with 4 beers and some shows/movie, just relax and get out of life's pressure cooker. Nash out

I watched ronnie O'Sullivan saying how improved diet changed his life for the better and I thought I need to do something about how lousy my mind is.
I really had no clue about what was going on.
So I researced diet and it has improved my mental health so much and I now feel I can be the partner she needs me to be.
I feel so much better the last month or so since I started.
Each day I eat nuts raisins fruit eggs and kefir. I take fish oil and wheatgrass and apple cider vinegar. I eat a lot of fruit.
It has improved my mental health so much.
Going into Autumn which is my favourite time of year I feel born again.
I told her I am so sorry for problems and it'll be okay now on. Alice is great!
Funny thing since I eat the things I say I never feel hungry yet it is very little in terms of amount. I read that obese people can be malnourished as they keep eating but their body is not getting the nutrients it needs.
if your body has all it needs you don't feel hungry.
I needed to do something as my depression was killing me. Diet alone can improve your life so much.
In all I consume about eight or nine things a day
claudia oshry net worth. Acv and lemon water. Fruit. Nuts and seeds. Eggs. Cod liver oil. Spirulina. Olive oil. Veg.
I feel so good and wake up happy. I now see things so clearly. Before I was submerged in miserable feelings for many years.
It has only been two months and I feel so much better.

I'm glad to hear that changing your diet has had such a positive impact on your mental health! It's amazing how much of a difference small changes in our lifestyle can make. It sounds like you're eating a well-rounded diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. It's also great that you're taking supplements like fish oil and wheatgrass to ensure you're getting all the nutrients your body needs. Keep up the good work and continue to prioritize your mental and physical health.
