    Blue - I think eating it raw is best because cooking it might make it lose some of its nutrients. I feel best after eating it raw.

      Probably some combination of raw and cooked would be better. Cooking breaks food down so that more of the nutrients are available that are not available in raw form.

      like when I make ginger beer, I go 1/2 & 1/2 with the raw and cooked. There are different benefits from each.
