Whatever you do in the Gym.... Do Your Neck Work.

I didn't really worry about my neck exercises in the ams but as a pro I just had to.

Any of the old dawgs have that pain right exactly in the middle of your shoulder blades?

I don't know if getting your neck strong would help prevent that neck injury or not.

It's a rough sport, to say the least..............Rockin'

Those neck shots can do real damage.

It's actually about getting your head snapped straight back.

          It produces a whiplash affect...........Rockin'

I don't have a neck harness so I simply use a ten pound plate as an alternative. Shrug.
