Think of tae-bo without the kicks. Thats boxercise. A boxing flavored work out to get women in their 40's in shape while giving them a false sense of being able to defend themselves.

That guy is a troll, nobody should listen to what he and his world class boxercise trainer say.

I think this guy is trolling - boxercise trainer? - So pay him no mind. I wish he'd at least put a shirt on, I don't really want to look at that.

If you're like me and not going to be a professional fighter anytime soon (like never) Hitting the heavy bag is one of the most satisfying things in the world to do, not to mention its the only piece of boxing equipment I own. Not to mention, when it moves you can move around it as tho it was an actual opponent, you can't do that with a speed bag.

Get the title or ringside gloves, I have the Title gloves, they work very good - I also have the first pair of everlast gloves pictured, those suck and are all but worthless because they are small, so unless you got tiny hands forget those.

          Excellent point!!!

I added a 70lb heavy bag anchor to mine and it makes a big difference with the spinning and the wobbling - So rotating around the bag while working out is much easier.

heavy bag training is what all boxers use,if a boxer does not hit a heavy bag,he is not a fighter he is a shadow boxer at home in front of a mirror throwing lunging wild shots from all angles
