consider fasting. if you do your research- and do it right- caloric restriction can do alot for you. weight loss, but not weight drained, but also cleanses your system, restricts your aging, helps the joints. i've done it now for 5 years and have only had good results. the only bad thing about it is that its painful- and you start daydreaming about pizza- but it *can* be done, and the pain goes away as your body adapts.Comment

Yes, but you need to drink, right? It's just "food" fasting, otherwise... "fasting" considers no food no liquids in your body.
