        consider fasting. if you do your research- and do it right- caloric restriction can do alot for you. weight loss, but not weight drained, but also cleanses your system, restricts your aging, helps the joints. i've done it now for 5 years and have only had good results. the only bad thing about it is that its painful- and you start daydreaming about pizza- but it *can* be done, and the pain goes away as your body adapts.

          Yes, but you need to drink, right? It's just "food" fasting, otherwise... "fasting" considers no food no liquids in your body.

          Liquids are welcome then?
