              What team is a great exercise especially for the beginners. It's a must do exercise for every person in an every day life in my opinion.

                I can't say that it's exactly an exercise, however, I agree that it's really important for every person who leads a healthy lifestyle. Walking is definitely good for beginners as it's less exhausting than running. You can even lose weight with just walking but if establish the right tempo. According to this source 20000 steps a day is enough for that purpose.

                  It's def healthy as you get older. A lot of studies link health problems with sitting around too much on a daily basis.

                    Walking is the best form of exercise. But if you want better results like if you want to weight lose and remains fit then running is the best option. Walking is just like a good habit that keeps you refreshed and healthy but this is not the best alternative to exercise. The more you do the more you gain. Walking is just like the first step, then go to running, Yoga, and then different forms of exercise which is more beneficial for your health. ​

                      Walking definitely does the job for me as exercise. I used to think I had to hit the gym or run for miles to get any results, but after just sticking with brisk walking for a couple months, my stamina and mood got way better. Sometimes I’ll listen to music or a podcast so I don’t get too bored, and switching up the route helps too. It’s easy on my knees, and I notice I sleep better on days I get out for a longer walk. I also started paying more attention to my breathing during walks because I read it boosts cardio benefits. For that, I started using a Breathing Trainer Pro, which helped me train my breathing to be more efficient and kept me from getting tired so fast.
