    Ye and I had my 3rd bout this saturday and i hard sparred less than normal and my stamina wasnt as good as before

      I started the bout outboxing him from a distance but anxiety got the better of me and started fighting like an idiot, still worked for 2 round, by the 3rd i was a dead man walking.

      Anxiety lack of preparation and inactivity prior to training camp were my downfall, but a good learning experience and i needed a loss to open my eyes and stop slacking off and put in the work needed.
