Pretty much is what it is. Looks similar to a bag I had that hung from a free standing 3 sided apparatus which had a speed bag and also a station to do pull-ups and dips.

It’s a compromise. Certainly wasn’t optimum but I felt it was better than nothing. If you had the rest of the equipment you could still get a pretty decent workout focused on speed.

But the material is light soft plastic. It's like punching into a plastic pillow. I don't get why anyone would want it. A heavy bag is supposed to build strength and resist the punches.

This is plastic which you can hear. I can't snap punches on soft plastic. I either have to pull them or dig too deep, in which case they aren't snapped.

Now if All I can do is tap, I could might as well use a jacket or a pillow
