              Yes it is...............It takes alot of practise and you have to try and use it alot in sparring to get comfortable with it. Floyd Mayweather has mastered it.

                Afraid not, it doesn't really fit in with my style to be honest, everytime I've tried it I've just got nailed in the face lol
