  • Bicep Elbow Injury

I was throwing a right hand which never got straightened out as it was blocked last night. Kept fighting but now have a lot of pain on the other side of my elbow when turning my forearm over. No bruising or deformities. Anyone ever had this happen to them?

Yes, I would wear like a sleeve on it. Bought it at the local CVS and it helped a lot when I threw punches.

Try this rehab, I do it and it takes the elbow paint away almost instantly.

Holy crap. That guy's intro on the video hit enough bass that it made me jump. Caught me off-guard.

Reminded of when I had the trans-am with the bass pumping.

                Did it ever heal up?

Sometimes you can sprain something in a single punch. Sometimes you can get a repetitive motion injury. Like tennis or golfers elbow, the former being the outside of the elbow and the latter the inside of the elbow. Both can be extremely painful. Even just reaching for a remote the wrong way can send a bolt of pain. October Red is right that an arm sleeve can really help. It holds things in place and in line, it almost works better than you think it should. They can take a long time to heal if you keep using it. Sometimes even just a couple week break and focus on other training can help. I was doing lateral shoulder raises every other day and it really helped bring up my shoulders, a weak point. But I got golfers elbow. Wasent the first time or same arm. I used an arm sleeve and then held the dumbbells in an upright position for the lateral raises, like a hammer curl. Didn’t get the same pain and my shoulders have noticeably capped out. Shoulder presses never worked well for me either. So now I keep doing them that way. I know this isn’t the same as how you hurt yours. But yes a sleeve can really help. Also I took a golf ball and ground it all over the tissue of my interior elbow. Trying to break up any scar tissue. Lots of docs recommend this just with your own fingers, but I took it a step further. The pain was enough to see stars, but it’s not the worst kind of pain. I was amazed at how fast that helped. These are just my experiences. I was so frustrated at times, but these are the things that I’ve learned that helped. Rest. Sleeves. Deep scar tissue massaging ( will hurt ) and sometimes plain modification.
