The best way to apply mental pressure is to keep the jab active and hold mid range. Keeping the fight at midrange forces neither one of you to let your guard down.

What you are going to need is a stiff accurate jab. Even if it does not land clean everytime, if it is a stiff jab it will make someone freeze and start having to think. Once they start trying to adjust you can start upping the volume. More often than not most people will start trying to move around more. But every now and then you will someone hold ground against you. At this point it can get tough for both of you.
If you train everyday for being in the trenches, therefore being trained and conditioned to stay in the trenches and war, it will show shortly how this man trained for the bout.

It is a tougher way to fight but it is also crowd pleasing and the promoters love it. I wanted to please the crowd and the promoter.

If the guy is not folding, then you get back and box.

I was trained to be a classical boxer in the image of Sugar Ray Robinson. It worked well for me in the ams.
When I turned pro I wanted to fight at the Palace as a pro, on the USA tuesday night fights broadcasts. I had to catch their eye some how.

    And that's how I did it............Rockin'
