If so, how high should I go, and how should I do it? Cheers.
What is your goal? is the only question imo, walk around mass? i assume you mean lean mass and by that I still dotn know if you mean what is the normal lean mass for someone your height or what is your lean mass right now. either way that is irrelevant.

If you feel you are too skinny than bulk up a bit. Add 500 calories a day and you be increasing by 1lb a week. Add 1000 calories a day you will increasing by 2lbs a week, add 1500 calories a day you will be increasing by 3lbs a week and so on and so on.

Yep the internet and social media age is clouded with click bait stories of what is best and what is wrong. These content providers have to come up with something new all time time so how can you trust someone that tells you each month what the best way to train arms is? It sounds lame but no one knows better than what will work for you than you. Get in there do stuff, and make your own judgements. No pain no gain is not false. If someone wants to get leaner they have to suffer, or at least comparably to what they are currently doing. If you want to get bigger or bulk then state the goal you want to achieve? Be it a weight? Or a lift goal? There’s calorie calculators online, punch in your details they are pretty accurate. Count your calories. Don’t just assume. Protein after your weights is mandatory. Learn to like protein shakes. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning, that’s the true assessment of your weight. Carbs hold water molecules, keep that in mind. If you’ve never lifted gaining five lbs of muscle won’t be too hard, and it would makes a drastic difference at that weught. Just take it 5lbs at a time. If your are shredded with a strong metabolism you don’t have to stress too much, just get that protein and calories. It’s easy to drink calories. Get a couple litres of skim milk in you a day if you can tolerate it.
