da best thing you can do is get a light with a dimmer timer to it (bright light) , point it to your sleep area..wake up to light (the natural way) wake up refreshed...and not pissed yu got an annoying ass BAHHHH BAAAAH BAHHHHH ringin All out! if you Consistently wake up at da same time (at least myself) body gets used to it and wakes up itself...even if i went to sleep late or really aint really slept CONSISTENCY

I gave up night jogging through areas I was unfamiliar after running into a a less than waist high chicken wire fence.

I love running on a winters night, even though its blistering cold after about 3 minuites Im so warm from running I dont even feel the cold.

Plus the air on a winters night is so fresh you can almost feel the oxygen entering your bloodstream

Only time I run is in the dark, I live in colorado so gotta layer up, I have no problem sleeping, In fact it actually helps put me to sleep, If you cant sleep then you probably didn't run hard enough.

the best time to jog is early in the morning like 5am,the air is always the freshest which allows the lungs to get a clean workout, most pro boxers usually get up that early,to start their workout,
