Weight loss program that worked GREAT for 2 friends but...?

hey... janet here.. I'm 5'8 about 220 lbs.. and ive been trying real hard to lose weight now for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl a little over a year ago.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and since then the hubby has been bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer is about here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... and nothing so far has really worked well for me.... But ive recently come across this diet that a couple of my girlfriends put me onto that said worked amazing for them like nothing else has.... so i checked it out, it looks really good and they hav a full money back guarentee.. and im thinking about signing up for it.. but i first wanted to get some 3rd or 4th opinions on it... their website is .. fatloss.pcti-system. com .. Has anyone ever personally tried this program?? Any advice comments opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. thanks!!

personally whenever i see any of these fitness or diet advertisements i get really pissed of. i think its a waste of money. they can work if you do it and diet but its all about doing it and dieting. you dont need to spend all this money on a diet or fancy equipment. if you have a gym membership or the essential lifting equipment and a treadmill(outside running as an alternative) then your set. if you stay away from sugary and fatty foods and eat 6 small meals a day that equal 1000-1500 kcals a day and work out daily then the weight should come off. you have to look at your kcal intake, what its comprised of, and how you are working out. you could just run for 30-60 minutes a day and diet and that would honestly work as long as you are progressively increasing the speed as you get used to it. working out is what it is "Work". its not going to be easy which a lot of people tend to overlook. if your arent struggling in some way then i feel you arent working hard enough. the problem with cardio and dieting is that if 1 thing changes between the 2 then the weight will come back. if you add weight lifting to your workouts then not only will you burn more calories on top of your running but late on down the road when the weight is off and you say go to a party where they dont have the healthiest of foods you could eat what you want and not worry that the weight will come back because youve put on a little bit of muscle that helps burn more calories. eat your 6 balanced meals no more then 1000-1500kcals in total, cardio and weight lift daily and the weight will come off and stay off. be positive, set goals and shatter them. do your research on what foods you would want to eat and also your cardio and weight lifting routine should you take this route. good luck

sweat more, eat less is the best way. Eat the right stuff to.

don't listen to people when they say "thats unhealthy" the human body is fine taking in 1000 cals a day, you live longer when you are skinny. Thats complete BS when they say it's unhealthy yet you end up living longer.

for ultimate weight loss just eat multiple light meals (like fruit, water etc) and sweat tons, the motivation you will get from losing weight so fast will overcome your hunger.

boxers are the top dogs when it comes to weight loss.
