Who knows you may be well versed in boxing but that doesn't mean you are well versed in weight training and supplements. Tell how wearing a weight vest will build upper body mass? If anything you may see a little or a bit more toning and increased muscular endurance, but the weight is being carried by your legs and thats whats working hardest. Also Creatine isn't made for you to get heavier lol, thats not its job.
