Why, only thing that matters in that product are protein, carbs, and creatine. Glutamine's benefits have been disproven save for possibly helping out your immune system. I believe HMB's been disproven or shown to be a little use.

I think creatine is a pointless especially for boxing. Just stick to whey for recovery your not training to be a body builder. Reason these bigger guys hit harder is most likely because they been boxing longer than you. I heard also that creatine just makes your muscles retain more water and makes them look bigger and gives you energy boost and when you get off creatine you lose your strength and mass you had while on it.

Creatine is not for size...just like protein in not for size, it aids in recovery and how you train will dictate whats gonna happen as far as mass and strength. It's really a statement that makes no sense as bodybuilders use creatine and protein as well as other supps. Powerlifters use creatine as well and they don't lift for size. Creatine aids in ATP production, brain function, etc. You lose water weight when you get off it, but you're not gonna lose physical muscle mass, as far as strength you may or may not lose strength its debatable but whatever your left with (if you do lose strength) would be greater than w/o it.

Me personally dont like creatine at all!
It seemed like i was getting heavier but it's just water, proteine does repair the injured muscles , and at the same time it builds a bigger and stronger muscle!
But the best way to get more mass is jogging with a weightbelt.
Not too heavy , just 8 or 10 lbs after a month or two , you will be heavier, and still have endurance!
And that is what counts in boxing!

That doesn't even make sense. Jogging with a weight belt you'll most likely be burning more calories and if anything mostly strengthing your legs/balance.
Creatine doesn't just make you gain water weight, creatine helps with muscle as well, ATP, builing, etc.

I was just talking non sense, and know nothing about boxing/training!
