Since it's the summer there aren't as many people going, but usually the trainer has us jump rope for about 30 minutes, work the bag for about 6-8 rounds with a partner, and then some conditioning or individual speed bag work. The trainer tries to watch over as many of his fighters as he can and gives individual tips as he sees fit. If you're the only one in the gym, you'll get one-on-one training.
