running and diet more than sit ups and such things. you gotta burn the fat by doing sprints and running or doing things that really work your cardio and burn fat. and then your abs will start showing through as your belly goes down.
The best thing thing you can do is proper diet supplemented with exercise.
You could workout 5hrs a day, but if all your eating is garbage your not going to get the results you want.
actually, I'm not sure these answers are right. I think burning fat is actually a little counterintuitive, like maybe low intensity exercise for a long time or some ****. I'm not sure sprinting and **** actually burns a lot of fat.
Also, be careful of dieting. Restricting calories generally isn't a good plan if you're going to be working hard.
Anyway, I don't have a real good answer for this. You might consider going for a real long walk if running is too hard at the moment, and then doing some similar exercise with your upper body, like swimming or digging a hole or some ****.
Just be careful. Dieting and doing a bunch of sprints and **** will probably just make you sick or you'll get injured. If you're going to be doing an intense workout, or not, make sure you get enough to eat and recover.
There is no one exercise that makes you lose fat. In order to drop weight you put yourself in a caloric defficit(burning more calories then you eat) just like if you want to gain weight you put yourself in a surpluss. In order to create the defficit your going to need a proper diet, along with exercise. Stick with lean meats, stay away from junk food and booze and make sure your eating often as well(every 3 hours optimal). When you starve yourself you actually slow your metabolism, yes you will lose weight but when you finaly do eat your body will burn it off as slow as possible because it knows it wont be getting fed for awhile which will cause you to gain weight.
Walking and jogging burn fat... actually walking on an incline for 30 mins will burn a lot of fat... there is a difference between aerobic and anaerobic, you want to burn fat and not muscle...
Diet - Chicken, vegetables, fish... stay away from breads and pastas, if you do eat bread make sure it's wholewheat an dnot alot of it... too much fruit isn't good because of sugar... unused sugar turns to fat.. steak is good but not too much, stick too chicken mostly, also tuna is real good... stay away from mayonaise though, also stay away from most sauces and dips.. calories and SODIUM... sodium is salt and it holds water, so thats why you get the bloated feeling after eating a large fry from mcdonalds...
