Walking and jogging burn fat... actually walking on an incline for 30 mins will burn a lot of fat... there is a difference between aerobic and anaerobic, you want to burn fat and not muscle...
Diet - Chicken, vegetables, fish... stay away from breads and pastas, if you do eat bread make sure it's wholewheat an dnot alot of it... too much fruit isn't good because of sugar... unused sugar turns to fat.. steak is good but not too much, stick too chicken mostly, also tuna is real good... stay away from mayonaise though, also stay away from most sauces and dips.. calories and SODIUM... sodium is salt and it holds water, so thats why you get the bloated feeling after eating a large fry from mcdonalds...

thank god ive been worried about all this extra water weight from my 20 banana a day fruit diet and i was wondering if the 5 apples that ive been eating before bed was what was giving me problems getting to sleep and making me feel full when i woke up in the morning but now that i know i can eat as much fruit as i want im just gonna move up to a half gallon of applesauce instead.
