It was considered quite fast in England during the early 80's
I hit about 13.5 these days (real slow lol)

Its picking at hairs. 12 secs or 11.5 who cares.

Btw love Thailand.Last time there had a great round of golf just outside Pattaya

The island i live on is pretty flat but you can always find a hill or two to run up and down.

Now got the 10 miler outa the way a cple weeks from now its gotta be a half marathon.

Best investment i ever made for running was buying an ipod shuffle 2 gig. Its as big as yer thumb nail. Clips on yer tshirt. Got it loaded with a few hundred old school 80,s/90,s house/rave music & seems like i can run for ever lost in my own mobile nightclub.

          luv it!!!

Songs seem so much better when you listen to them when running.

loooool.. ****! have I caused all this?
Sorry.. Didn't realize there were so many aspiring Maurice Greene's out there, let alone in the fight game.. Well I was the fastest sprinter at my boxing gym.. That'll do for me..

Cool! Golf's big out here.. Don't play myself, but I'm thinking of taking it up.. Perhaps if/when I get more time.. Very technical sport, & these are some of the best courses in the world.. I live in South Pattaya myself..
Lanzarote is a popular training area for pro's.. Can remember Bruno, Benn & Wharton setting up camps during the 90's.. I visited a friend on Fuerteventura recently.. I love 80's music to.. My bar rocks it every night.. mm

huh...I knew I was fast but didnt think I was that fast. I could go to the olympics lol I think 11.5 seconds last time I checked but it wasnt on a track, just a measured flat of grass that WAS 100m but it was kinda lumpy with long grass so maybe I could cut that down to 11-11.25 on a track.
