Well it goes alittle something like this:

          You start sprinting

your body says hey i need alot of energy and i need it fast so you start burning carbs because they are the easiest to burn seeing that they pretty much only need oxygen.

Your body's burning all these carbs but its not burning them fast enough because there isnt enough oxygen so guess what you start to breath harder.

There fore if your breathing hard your not burning fat because your breathing hard because you have been burning carbs.

I'm not sure I agree with you here.. Burning "fat" is not necessarily a direct result while you're exercising. The reason people tend to think you're not "burning fat" if you're breathing hard is because most people are unable to maintain this level of activity. Meaning, if you sprint, but aren't able to maintain that for a substantial amount of time, your overall work effort decreases. So, for a lot of people, maintaining a slower training pace (like walking with weights, for example) proves more effective because they can work out for a longer period of time.

Remember though, that DIET is the most important factor for all of this. Burning carbs is essential to losing fat. Your workout will suck if you don't have the carbohydrates to fuel it. Believe me, your body will burn MUSCLE before FAT if you are not supplying it with the energy (carbs) needed to perform.

To lose fat, you need to be eating roughly 6 meals a day, each with a portion of carbs and protein. Depending on your time frame, these should be approximately equal. Similar to bodybuilders, you can limit carb intake, but this is a trial and error method, often making cardio a difficult task. And to put it simply, run your ass off.

ok so my point still stands as

you said your body will start burning muscle before fat i assume you ment this under certain circumstances like when your performing intense arobic activities? im pretty sure if your just walking your body will take what it needs from fat.

so when your sprinting or running you are burning carbs or muscle not fat. correct?

and when your walking your burning fat. correct?

now lets go back to my main point:
By doing this you dont have to diet and you will continue to burn fat, and when your running you need to put your self in a calorie defecit through dieting to lose fat because you are not actually burning fat when your running you are burning carbs or muscle
