    hi i been running every morning for about an hour at decent pace been training hard keeping a ok diet i weighed 81 kg my last fight tryin to get my weight down to about 76 kg im 6"3 so i had my boxing sesson tonite i asked my trainer to weigh me and i was 78kg but he said add 3 pounds for water weight i thought i had lost abit of weight but its kept the same i think and i been taking t5s those diet pills grrr im abit pissedf off i look in better condition but it doesnt show on the scales

        You are losing fat but gaining some muslce. That's why you look to be in better shape, but your weight stays about the same.

          yea but i havnt been doing any weight training cardio and boxing training 4 times a week and abit of swimming :S

            stop eating and run. lol

            if you really want it to show on the scales rather than feel good.

              well atm what i want is to get my bf down abit so i can see a 6 pack and more get more toned up aswell but loose a couple of kgs just to fight abit lighter
              anytips i been running every morning my diet seems ok i dont reli eat much have 50g protein shake and some fruit at lunch time then for dinner i have tuna morning just some ceral been doin this for about 3 weeks i can see results but not on the scales

                pile as much weight on your back and go for nice long walks. like 20 lb vest 20 lb pair of ankle weights 20 lb pair of wrist weights walk for an hour every day(dont run) and keep your arms moving when your walking throw out jabs or do curls.

                dropped about 40 lbs over the summer 3 years ago doing this 3-5 times a week.

                I did about 1000(5*200) 10lb curls with each arm, 200 (5*40) 10lb side raises with each arm and 500 (5*100) 10lb punches with each arm in the hour Whiel i was walking...didnt really have anything better to do and i think this makes a big diffrence then if you were to just go out and walk with lots of weight on your back.


                At 6'3" though you should be aiming for like 95 kg of solid fast muscle Not middle weight.....

                  wy do that when u can run tho ?
                  id prefer a nice 3 mile jog uphill adding some sprints than walking round with a bag on

                    When you run you burn carbs which is all good when you watch your diet because at some point you body is going to need those calories and burn them from your fat.

                    When you walk you burn fat. when you walk up hill you burn more fat. When you walk with weights up hill you burn even more fat.

                    This is only till you burn off the weight you want to get rid of. once your good its a much better idea to run and sprint and stuff.

                    running and sprinting and stuff is for getting stronger not loosing weight.
