hi i been running every morning for about an hour at decent pace been training hard keeping a ok diet i weighed 81 kg my last fight tryin to get my weight down to about 76 kg im 6"3 so i had my boxing sesson tonite i asked my trainer to weigh me and i was 78kg but he said add 3 pounds for water weight i thought i had lost abit of weight but its kept the same i think and i been taking t5s those diet pills grrr im abit pissedf off i look in better condition but it doesnt show on the scales
