I've been working to lower my body fat percentage. As far as my diet goes I've been sticking to grilled chicken and fish. I was looking for a food I could throw in for a change of pace. The other day I picked up some 93/7 ground beef at the store. The package said there was 8g of fat per 4 oz serving. Would cooking up burgers on my george forman be a healthy alternative, or is it still more of a cheat food? Let me know. Thanks.

I gained a LOT the other day, I'm doing small meals (3, not that small either) and snacks(3). I felt like going to Fuddruckers, for those who dont know its a huge burger place, and having a 2/3rd over there. Took me about a day and a half almost two days to feel my stomach going back to where it was before.

christ. Fish and chicken is almost useless compared to beef. 93/7 beef is diet food, it's not even balanced nutritionally. One of the best things about ground beef is it's a good way to get necessary fat in your diet. Train harder, eat more nourishing food (beef).
