Anyway **** both of you guys
I was just sayin, ya know? Because when beginners think "intensity" they start throwing wild ass haymakers or just fail completely at combos.

I just need to lay off my bad eating habits, and do a bit more cardio. Thanks again guys
get down to a proper gym and get a trainer, no point training on your own, you learn nothing and develop bad habits and wont go anywhere

get a boxing trainer NOW and do what he tells u. if u want to train extra at home other than what u do with him (which will be necessary if u want to progress fast). shadowbox, run and shadowbox. if u have some more energy shadowbox. but u need to know how to do it correctly before it will do u any good. which a trainer will have to show u.
also i saw u ask about punching power, forget about that. dont think about that as of now. get a trainer and learn how to box. once u got the basics down u can start improving your speed and power.

I have good speed, and i have a good power, my friends say, but I don't want to just stay like dat cuz its good, I wanna improve my fighting style. Im trying to become pro. Its my dream, Maybe im asking too much.

Uhhh...take your time. You gotta crawl before you walk. I'd start with a jab and a basic boxing stance, for balance ya know? Lay off the weights for a little, or at least don't do any heavy lifting. Keep it light. The less weight the better.
Exercises? Run, run, run, Sit ups, push ups, crunches, squats, shadowbox, mitt, jump rope, hit the bag....do that over and over and over and over, day after day after day after day....
