  • My work out routine

Ive seen alot of people on here with their workout routine and they are all very good. I like to do more weights than cardio. Im not a boxer was getting into it but found that I had a problem with blacking out and **** and it could have been do to boxing so I had to stop and just stuck with baseball. I do these strength excerises to stay strong and get stronger what do you all think?

    Monday arms:
Hammer curls 70 reps at 60-65 pounds
    50 Rotating curls 50-60 pounds
Prechure curls 80 reps I start at 50 pounds and end at around 230
Tri V extension 70 reps Start at 100 end at about 250
Tri extension over head 50 reps 55-60 pounds.
One arm pull downs 40 reps from 90-120
EZ curls 50 reps from 100-250

    Tuesday Chest:
    50 reps bench press 250- 350
Pec fly 50 reps from 150-300
Upright chest press 60 reps from 150-250
Seated dips (they work about everything) 180-280

    Wednesday Shoulders:
    Rises 60 reps 100-250
    Lat Pull downs 60 100-250
    Seated dips same as tueday
Plate raises 50 reps 50 pounds
    Side raises 60 reps 30-50

    Thursday Legs:
    Leg raises 60 reps 150-300
    Leg press 70 reps 250- 500
    Dips 60 reps 250-300

Than Friday I take one or 2 work outs from each day and do it. Most of the time taking saturday and sunday off or i do cardio but most of the time i will take it off or use resistant bands to keep my muscles lean.
I take myoplex bars and sometimes shakes plus i use cell-mass. Ive lost weight and gained alot of muscle anyone have anything I could do more of or something that I dont do and start doing it?

If you were even remotely intelligent you would have picked up the extreme amounts of sarcasm in his post. 50 reps with 250lbs? If you take that seriously, you a dumb mother ****er.. hahahaa.

50 reps is perfectly attainable and better way of saying it is

5x10 reps at 250lbs thats a lot of volume but doable none the less.

I dont do 50 in a row. I do 3 sets at the weight of 10 like you said. I go and do someother workouts and comeback to it. Ive been doing this since I was about 16. I worked up to this weight of course but I have been doing this same routin for years now so your body gets used to doing the workout. Does your body get tired at times and you really cant do it that much yes. Your body always gets tired but more times than now I do this workout every day of the week and I also at times have two days off if I dont feel like cardio one day. Since I play my games on Sundays that would be 2 days off and a day of the game.
