    Yeah it sucks. I have it a little bit under my arms. They'll eventually turn white and be barely visible and they don't hurt but they still suck

      wtf are you talking about.... yeah your right a percentage of ones calories are from fat depending on the goal but not anything you listed. where the hell do you get your info from...... Fried potatoes and ice cream and cheesecake wtf.... These are all example of bad saturated fats. Lean Ground beef is ok in moderation(because it has saturated fat). Good fats are best from fish and nuts(not peanuts).
