you got a nice build for boxing, but if you're set on gaining weight you must up your food intake and follow a weights program specifically designed to build muscle mass (ask another dude on this, i dont really use weights much in my boxing training)

remember a healthy athlete's diet is 30 percent of your calories from fat (15 percent if you go by weight). Meat eggs and fish generally don't have this.

I'd recommend hamburger meat, fried potatoes and ice cream and/or cheesecake.

I have the exact build to you. I am 5'9 and weigh 57kg. Don't need to build weight. But, at Xmas when I had 4 weeks off from training I blew up to 65kg. I just have low body fat and a naturally quick metabolism.

            Supplements Used For This Transformation:

            Morning: NO-Xplode (2 scoops), Slo-Niacin (or timed-release niacinamide)
Each meal: ChromeMate, alpha-lipoic acid (200mg)
            Pre-workout: BodyQUICK (2 capsules 30 minutes prior)
            Post-workout: Micellean (micellar casein protein)
Prior to bed: policosanol, ChromeMate, alpha-lipoic acid (200mg), Slo-Niacin
Its physically impossible to gain to 34lbs of muscle in one month. Thats ridiculous. I would also not make No-Xplode a staple, especially if not used pre-workout. Protein and Creatine contribute much more than NoX.

Eat lots of carbs with a high glygemic index such as pasta, about 1/2 a box per day. The fat will start to accumulate kinda fast though so keep the cardio level high- this will work well since you already have a high protein diet.

If you planning on really putting on weight fast. I recommend you invest in cocoa butter. Because you'll probably get stretch marks.
