      yeah, on one hand its all the vices in alcohol, unk food, beer and lazyness. on the other hand is hot bodies and sex with people who used to be out of your leaguy.

        Eat 5 or 6x a day, small portions. Your metabolism works faster, even while youre doing nothing.

        I just started this a few months ago after years of putting it off. Im losing alot of more weight when I sleep too. Just eat 1 meal, 3 hours later eat another, etc.
        It'll be a ***** to start though since youre probably used to eating large portions. Itll take about 2 weeks to get used to it. I had bad urges in the beginning.


        Beer messes me up though on the weekends. I can usually piss it all out within 2 days.

          just drink the beer on the weekends or when you are partying.

          If you want a six pack sit ups arent gonna do it, first off losing the weight then cardio/lifting/any activity really to look cut.

            if u want to drink u still can, but u have to put more work into your training.

            I eat what ever the hell i want wings, cheesecakes...and binge drink 2 or 3 times a week

            but when im in the gym i always keep up the high intensity, its working for me so far as you can see.

              you dont have to quit drinking altogether.....just keep it to one or two beers most days and try to have at least one day a week where you dont drink, save your big drinking for things like a special occasion, big fight, NFL game, basketball game etc

              and of course eat as clean as possible, keep the junk food to 1-2 times per week

                      Hahaha, you sound a lot like me! I'm 5-11 and 195 pounds. I'm not big on soda, sweets or fast food, but damn if I don't enjoy beer. Water, beer chick and Fish.

                      I think the key is to just work your ass off in the gym and lots of cardio/ running. Good Luck!
