if im 210 and wanna drop to 185-190...i got a jump rope and a heavy bag..i already do 100-150 push ups and sit-ups a day and have an iron gym for pull ups...i dont eat much fried foods but do have a weakness for beer........so any work out routines and/or diets ya'll can recomend

I'm not actually boxing training anymore I just lift weights and do some cardio, but it depends how far you want to take it, if you plan on winning medals and fighting in the next olympics beer is a no no ... if you just want to take pride in your fitness, enjoy the sport and take part, then don't sacrifice your social life and have fun.

What are you eating to lose 20lbs in 3 months?
I am currently 206lbs and want to get down to 180,ive lost like 5lbs in a week so far.I love the junk food im afraid but had to cut it out which is stressing me out.
