      because bodybuilding.com authors are organic chemistry experts and they readily realize the metabolic process of nitrogen deleption and the taxation put onto the body...lol get a clue u ***ing ****** and stop offering diet advice when you dont know wut the *** ur talking about.

      I'm a pre med major and Im not going to go into the deep end of the physiology and the science behind this **** and ur probly too ****** to even bother trying to figure this **** out, your just another clueless, misinformed average joe who will do what ever others tell you to. Hey its your body wtf do I care? when ur hooked up on dialises, it means one less dumb resource draining waste we have to worry about. evolution at its finest.

        It told me to take 190g when i only weight 128. I heard 80 g of protein a day is what your suppose to have and for people working out its your body weight.

          yeah im just over 120 and it said take 183 grams but this is for major workouts i think

            you dont consume that much protein , thats poisoning your body slowly, keep your regular diet and slowly increase the amount of caloric intake, and don't over do it with the protein either, high carbs and glucose/fructose with moderate protein intake is all you need, taking 180-190g will defently put unnecessary stress on all your organs. and please for the love of God don't use synthesised protein supplements.

            I know you guys start training with the mind set of getting jacked in the shortest amount of time span, but if you want to do this at least do it right. you don't have to heed my warning because you are young and can throw caution to the wind. But what kind of nutritional hell you put ur body through will catch up to you eventually, and with this kind of **** its sooner rather then later.

            and LOL taking nutrient advice from a bodybuilding website on the internet, some people are truly uneducated.
