How to avoid hitting the "Platuea"

Ive been lifting for a few weeks, and Im afraid im going to platuea soon. Whats a good way to keep growing?

Im not trying to become a meat head, as thats not what I want to box. I feel bigger, stronger and confident then ever.

Only sups im taken is Animal pak.

Yeah like mentioned switch up your workout routine. Try not to do the exact same workout twice.

Do you take a protein supplement?

Nope. Like I said, only thing I take is Animal Pak vitamins and ripped fuel.

Im thinking about either getting a pre workout drink, or whey. I dont want to gain alot of mass, I think the weight range im at is perfect for my size. 5'8, 137lbs 72" Reach

Well if you train weights you should be consuming protein be it whey or protein from food. Otherwise what's the point? You're not going to recover properly without adequate protein consumption.

You should be consuming at least your body weight in grams of protein daily to maintain the muscle you have. So if you weight 137lbs you would require around 137-140g of protein daily.

To put on wieght, you need double that amount.

Try getting some Whey Isolate. It's not going to put on mass or "bulk" because it's low in fat, cholesterol, carbs and more importantly, calories, but it will help the recovery and muscle building process.

You're only going to put on mass by eating more calories than you can burn off.

I wouldn't rely too heavily on Ripped Fuel or other fat burners. Chances are you are already burning enough calories just working out and boxing. But if you do decide to keep taking it, I wouldn't worry about getting a pre-workout supplement. Ripped Fuel already has enough caffeine to get you going.

Animal Pak is good stuff. Everyone should have a Multivitamin.

I'd look into Fish Oil too, it has a ****-ton of benefits.

Here are some links to some good whey protein

What do you mean by Protein Tablets? Do you mean like BCAA's?

Not 100% Sure. Ive seen such things at my local shop, such as protien pills/tablets, ect.
