oh and btw it's doms(delayed onset muscles soreness) that is felt a day to three day or more post workout. It's the microtears in the muscles from intense workouts that require healing. Yeah increasing the blood flow will cause some discomfort soreness to go away during workouts but it won't increase recovery of the microtears.

yeah yeah you get it from eccentrict stuff like walking down a moutain. throwing a base ball. when your arm hits the water when swiming. posiably the only way to create new muscle fibers using satalite cells

i do a marathon training schedule for my running.

      http://www.halhigdon.com/

there is abunch of training schedules im just doing the novice 1 now. weather or not i run a marathon im going to go to intermediate or maybe the novice 3 after 18 weeks.

mondays and fridays are rest days. Im usually only sore on Sundays the rest of the week i always feel like running. i spend another 3-4 hours a week in boxing class and at the gym tues and wed.

Ive done much less with much more soreness when i only took spuratic rest days. i think its setup more so that i have the rest days to prevent soreness.

yeah i guess we can just go back and forth forever and im not even sure where going back and forth about the same thing.

the website above has alot of help full information for any one looking to start running all the way to people looking to train for a 52 mile ultramarathon

#1 How long you think i could lose the weight going to the gym day in day out

Losing that much weight that fast is not good for your body. It's a thorough process. Too fast of gain or drop in weight could result a lot adverse effects including stretch marks.

#2 What would be the best work out regime between cardio and weight lifting..should i do more cardio or more weight lifting???
The body is all about balance don't neglect either.

#3 What kinds of food i really should eat and what vitamin i really should buy cuz i heard vitamin D makes you lose weight faster...i use to use HYDROXY cut and i lost weight kinda fast off that but i noticed my heart was raceing alot so i quit useing that stuff forever.
Keep carbohydrates low. I'd say around 100-150g per day. Stay away from processes food and empty carbs like (Chips, White Bread, White Rice, White Pasta)

Go Green- Eat your vegetables. Learn to love them.

-Eat lots of protein. Chicken Breast, Eggs, Almonds etc.

-Eat in small portions. 6 small meals throughout the day, each one about the size of your hand should suffice. Rather than 3 meals. This ensure you don't overfeed your body and it will keep your metabolism going.

-Don't eliminate all fats. Keep a moderate intake.

-Supplements you may want to look into

          L-Carnitine
          -Multivitamin
          -Fish Oil
          -Whey Protein Isolate
          -Controlled Labs REDuction
          -USPlabs Recreate

          Any other tips out there?
          Look into HIIT.
